We currently ship to all serviceable pin codes within India.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
3. Delivery Timelines
Standard delivery takes approximately 5–7 working days, depending on your location and the courier’s serviceability.
Deliveries to remote or rural areas may take slightly longer.
4. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email/SMS with your tracking details.
You can use this tracking number to monitor your order status on the courier partner’s website.
5. Shipping Charges
Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.
We may occasionally offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly mentioned on our website.
6. Delays & Exceptions
While we make every effort to deliver within the estimated timelines, delays may occur due to:
Natural calamities, weather conditions, or strikes.
Courier or logistical issues beyond our control.
Unforeseen circumstances such as government restrictions or service disruptions.
Trikaya Naturals shall not be held responsible for such delays but will assist in tracking and resolving the issue with the courier partner.
7. Undelivered Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, repeated delivery attempts, or refusal of delivery, the customer may be responsible for re-shipping costs.
